1. Who we are and what this covers

This notice is about browsing this website: the pages of numbersgame.xyz, including the Numbers Game AI marketing pages under /ai. It is written by Numbers Game B.V. (KvK 81465688, George Gershwinlaan 441, 1082 MT Amsterdam, Netherlands), the controller for the data described here. For anything in this notice, email [email protected].

It does not cover the product. How we handle QuickBooks Online data inside the Numbers Game service is described in the product Privacy Policy, and the marketing site’s full GDPR policy, including the sub-processor list and retention periods, lives at numbersgame.xyz/ai/privacy.html.

2. These pages collect almost nothing

The pages at the root of this site (the homepage, this page, the product privacy and license pages) load no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party scripts. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) to run and secure the site, and traffic passes through Cloudflare, which acts as our network provider.

3. The marketing pages under /ai use analytics

The Numbers Game AI marketing pages carry the measurement you would expect from a marketing site:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads count visits and tell us whether our advertising led to them.
• PostHog (EU cloud) records page views and clicks so we can see which pages work.

Session replay. PostHog reconstructs marketing-site visits so we can see where pages confuse people. Password fields are masked by PostHog and are never recorded. It runs on the marketing site only, so your firm’s and your clients’ accounting data is never captured by it.

4. Visitor identification

The Instantly tag is different in kind from the analytics above, so we want to be plain about it. The others count and describe visits; this one tries to work out who you are. If you visit from a US IP address it may match you to a named person and a LinkedIn profile, which we may then use to contact you about Numbers Game even though you never gave us your details. It only attempts this for US visitors. You can remove yourself from RB2B’s database entirely, for every site that uses it, at rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

5. How to refuse them

We do not currently show a cookie banner on the marketing site. If you want to avoid this collection you can use your browser’s cookie controls to block third-party and analytics cookies, or install a content or tracker blocker, which will stop Google and the Instantly tag. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and opt out of RB2B at the link above. In every case you can email us at the privacy contact above and we will suppress your data.

One honest caveat about blockers. We serve PostHog from our own domain rather than from PostHog’s, which means a conventional tracker blocker will not stop it, even though it stops the others. If you want no PostHog analytics at all, blocking cookies for this site or emailing us to suppress your data are the routes that actually work.

6. None of this applies to the product itself

Nothing in the analytics above touches QuickBooks data, client records, or anything you or your clients enter into Numbers Game. The product’s data handling is governed by the product Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

Because we are a Dutch company, the GDPR applies to everything here. You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask for a copy, by emailing [email protected]. If you believe we are not handling your information appropriately, contact us first so we can resolve it; you can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.
