Numbers Game (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates a QuickBooks Online integration service (“Service”) that connects to your QuickBooks Online account to assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

2.1 QuickBooks Online Data

When you authorize the Service, we access the following types of data from your QuickBooks Online account:

• Account information: Chart of accounts, account names, types, and balances
• Transaction data: Purchases, invoices, bills, journal entries, payments, deposits, and transfers
• Entity data: Vendors, customers, employees, and items
• Company information: Company name, industry, and fiscal year settings
• Financial reports: Profit & loss, balance sheet, and other standard reports

2.2 Authentication Data

• OAuth 2.0 tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) used to maintain your authorized connection to QuickBooks Online
• QuickBooks Online Company ID (Realm ID)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your Intuit account password
• We do not collect bank account numbers or credit card numbers
• We do not collect Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers beyond what is stored in your QuickBooks Online data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your QuickBooks Online data solely to:

• Read and display your accounting data for bookkeeping review
• Categorize and organize transactions
• Create, update, and manage accounting entries as directed by you
• Generate reports and summaries for your review

4. Data Storage and Security

• Token storage: OAuth tokens are stored locally in encrypted environment files on your own infrastructure. We do not store your tokens on our servers.
• Data in transit: All communication with QuickBooks Online uses HTTPS/TLS encryption via Intuit's official APIs.
• Data at rest: Your QuickBooks Online data remains in your QuickBooks Online account. We do not maintain a separate copy or database of your financial data.
• Access controls: Only authorized users with valid OAuth tokens can access QuickBooks Online data through the Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your QuickBooks Online data with any third parties. Your data is accessed exclusively through Intuit's authorized API and remains under your control.

Exceptions:

• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Service providers: We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, cloud services) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Data Retention

• We do not retain copies of your QuickBooks Online data beyond the current processing session.
• OAuth tokens are retained only as long as your authorization is active.
• When you revoke access, all stored tokens are deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View what data the Service accesses from your QuickBooks Online account.
• Revoke access: Disconnect the Service at any time by revoking access through your Intuit account.

• Portability: Your data remains in QuickBooks Online and is fully portable through Intuit's own export tools.

8. Intuit Platform Compliance

This Service accesses QuickBooks Online data through Intuit's official APIs and complies with:

• Intuit's Developer Terms of Service

• OAuth 2.0 security standards as required by Intuit

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
