Pricing

Pay for the connections you hold.

Numbers Game pricing follows your connected client work, not your seat count or model tokens. Use a standard plan, a flexible per-connection rate, or a custom agreement when the firm needs a different shape.

Priced per connection, not per seat.

The price tracks the client books and eligible source connections your firm holds, not seats or model tokens. See the full connection rules, flexible rate card, and custom-agreement options.

A QuickBooks Online or Xero company uses one connection unit. On standard plans, a Plaid bank feed on a company or an enabled Stripe account uses half a connection. See full pricing details.

How connection pricing works

One pool for client books and the sources around them.

Ledger connection

A QuickBooks Online or Xero company counts as one connection.

Auxiliary connection

On Starter, Growth, and Scale, a Plaid bank feed on a company or an enabled Stripe account uses half a connection. A bank feed is one auxiliary connection per company, even where that company has more than one bank login or account.

Flexible rate card

$30, $35, or $40 per ledger connection per month, agreed with your firm. This works best when your company count moves or you sit just above a standard-plan boundary.

Custom agreement

For larger deployments, we can set a connection allowance, a minimum, a ceiling, overage terms, and payment terms that fit the engagement.

On a custom agreement, an auxiliary connection follows the ratio in your agreement. Availability of source connections depends on the source workflow being enabled for your firm.

Billing details

Clear before the invoice, not after it.

No proration

No proration. Billing is set at the invoice boundary for the month ahead, so a connection held when the invoice generates is billed for that full month.

Minimum and maximum

A flexible or custom agreement can set a billing minimum and a hard connection ceiling. The minimum protects the committed base. The ceiling stops a firm from adding beyond the agreed capacity.

Connection changes

Standard plans include a monthly allowance for new connections. Reconnecting a company or source already held in the same 30-day window does not use another change.

Questions and answers
What counts as a connection?
A QuickBooks Online or Xero company counts as one connection. On standard plans, a Plaid bank feed on a company or an enabled Stripe account counts as half a connection.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Standard plans include unlimited team seats. Pricing follows the connected client work your firm holds.
Can we use per-connection pricing instead of a tier?
Yes. The flexible rate card is $30, $35, or $40 per ledger connection per month, with the rate, minimum, and ceiling agreed for your firm.
Are auxiliary connections separately priced?
They draw from the same connection pool. On Starter, Growth, and Scale, a Plaid bank feed or an enabled Stripe account counts as half a connection, rather than carrying a separate source fee.
Are changes prorated?
No. A connection held when the invoice generates is billed for the upcoming full month.
